Juan Martínez Ortega
I started Brighthold because I kept seeing the same gap: Spanish-speaking buyers and international investors with real capital and genuine interest in U.S. real estate — but no clear, honest guide through the process. Not a portal. Not a pitch. Someone who actually understands the market and will tell you what makes sense for your situation.
My background is operational. Before Brighthold, I worked across hospitality, entrepreneurship and finance. I'm based between Madrid and Orlando, which means I operate in the U.S. market directly — not from a distance. I've spent years studying how the American system works for international buyers specifically: LLC structures, foreign national financing, the differences between Texas and Florida, and what the market actually looks like on the ground.

Yenniffer co-founded Brighthold alongside Juan and leads the client-facing side of the advisory — the conversations, the qualification, the guidance that happens before any transaction begins. Her focus is people: understanding what each client actually needs, making sure they have the right information, and connecting them with the right professionals for their situation.
She works directly with the people coming through Brighthold's Spanish-language channels — often the first real contact that buyers and investors have with the firm. Her approach is direct, practical and focused on what the client is actually trying to accomplish.
